- For your first burn, allow the candle to burn at least 2-3 hours to allow the wax to fully melt to the edges. This will prevent the candle from tunneling
- Never burn the candle for more than four hours at a time.
- Always trim the wick to 1/4 inches. For wood wicks, always trim off the blackened wick prior to relighting. This can be done with a wick trimmer or your fingers!
- Never leave a candle unattended.
- Always extinguish your candle prior to leaving your home or going to sleep
- Avoid high-wind areas where your candle is lit
