Halloween Vendor Application Form

Bookish Cafe Orlando and Foxtail Clermont aim to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all our guests. To ensure this, we have established the following guidelines at our events: Vendor Fee: Depends on the market selected. Application and Approval Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or secure a spot in the market. All applicants will receive an approval email if selected. Only approved vendors/authors may participate in the event. Space Limitations Each vendor space is limited to an area that will be shared after approval. Vendors are responsible for ensuring their displays and products fit within the allotted space. Food and Beverage Policy Only pre-packaged food items (such as sweets, cakes, or other sealed goods) are permitted. No alcohol or alcoholic beverages are allowed. No fresh or on-site prepared food is allowed. Vendors serving pre-packaged food items assume full liability for any incidents, including illness or injury, resulting from the consumption of their products. Prohibited Items The following items are strictly prohibited: Lit candles Open flames Sparklers or any similar items Payment Policy Approved vendors/authors must pay the event fee in full to secure their spot. Failure to pay the fee by the specified deadline will result in forfeiture of the spot. Setup and Teardown Vendors are responsible for setting up and dismantling their displays within the designated time frame provided in the confirmation email. Setup details, including time and instructions, will be sent via email one week prior to the event. Display and Safety Vendors are responsible for maintaining an organized and professional display throughout the event. All displays and products must comply with safety standards to ensure no hazards are posed to attendees, other vendors, or staff. Liability Vendors are fully responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to their property during the event. The organizers are not liable for any vendor-related incidents. Cleanliness Vendors must keep their assigned space clean and remove all trash and debris at the end of the event. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning fees. Customer Interactions Vendors must ensure all customer interactions are courteous, professional, and align with the event's community standards. Permits and Legal Compliance Vendors are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, licenses, or certifications required to sell their products at the event. Cancellations and Refunds Fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers. Adherence to Policies: Vendors must adhere to all event terms, conditions, and any additional guidelines provided by the organizers. By submitting an application and participating in the event, vendors and authors acknowledge and agree to these terms, conditions, and responsibilities.
